 Before the cleansing, clients must:

• Physically clean the home or business
   
• Remove trash and clutter
   
• Open windows/doors as instructed
   
• Turn off TVs and loud electronics
   
• Refrain from arguing or disruptive behavior during the work
   

Failure to follow instructions may reduce effectiveness and does not qualify for refunds.

 Spiritual services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial care.

No specific outcomes are guaranteed. 

 This service works with the client, not for them.
Clients who repeatedly invite chaos, harm, or unresolved conflict back into the home may negate the work.
