Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• to abide by the return and refund policy
• allow 14 days for your product to be made and shipped.
• understand that there will be times when the website or store unpredictably crashes or technical difficulties may arise. 
• to not take, publish, use or claim our images and products as your own.
• during all contact with Damballah and its subsidiaries, including emails, phone calls, texts or any other forms of communication there will be no hate speech, slurs, or anything Damballah Gifts considers inappropriate behavior. 
• Damballah obtains the right to cancel any orders
• Damballah obtains the right to refuse service should we consider it warranted. 
• terms and conditions of service can be changed at any time with little or no notice.
